Cancellation Policy

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Cancellation Notice: To receive a refund, cancellations must be made no later than 14 days prior to the event. A $100 cancelation fee will apply. Any cancellations occurring within 14 days of the event date will not be eligible for a refund. Rental and Participation Agreement will be e-mailed over to you upon booking along with our Rental Policy. Rental and Participation Agreement must be signed and returned with signature prior to the start of your scheduled event. Please e-mail signed form to thetrekenplayhouse@gmail.com
